Shannon & Carton is a family run business of opticians. Mr Shannon opened his first shop in 1961 at Ladbroke Grove. He divides his time between the shops at Ladbroke Grove and New Addington.

When you visit a Shannon & Carton practice to have your eyes tested, you will be seen by one of our qualified optometrists - the opticians trained in examining your eyes and assessing your need for spectacles or contact lenses.

If it turns out that you need spectacles, they can be made up at our own optical laboratory and then checked by our qualified dispensing opticians.
